What is 100% PRESENCE?

It is a weekly 2-hour happening class that gathers fundamental spiritual insights and translated into practical, fun, expansive, artistic, and creative practices. Throughout Mazen Khaddaj’s artistic and spiritual experience, he was able to infuse both passions into a dynamic, imaginative experience presented in a compact, immersive class.

In an inventive process, one out of many exercises is chosen by the group. Each exercise expresses an artistic form, drawing, music, performing, and building, tackling expansive creative Ideas with quick outcomes. Most exercises are group work while keeping space for personal expression.
