100% PRESENCE Class puts you into a fun, artistically induced state of Presence, with intention, through its well-curated practices and, of course, the Creative Flow.
In Presence, you can achieve a quantum leap, however it may manifest.

What is 100% PRESENCE?
It is a weekly 2-hour happening class that gathers fundamental spiritual insights and translates them into practical, fun, expansive, artistic, and creative practices.
Through Mazen Khaddaj’s artistic and spiritual experience, he has been able to infuse both passions into a dynamic and imaginative adventure, presented as a compact, immersive class.

A quick Qi boost to activate the body and regulate breathing.Performative Connection Meditation
A standing meditation with gentle movement, establishing reception and connection with Mother Earth and Source.CYCLE 1 | Group Choice Activity 1 - 20 min
Through an inventive process, the group chooses one activity from a range of 3 options. Each exercise explores an artistic form such as drawing, music, performance, or building (…), while tackling wide creative ideas with quick expressive outcomes. Most exercises involve group work while keeping space for personal expression.Soft Grounding Meditation
A seated meditation offering a reset for what is to come.CYCLE 2 | Group Choice Activity 2 - 40 min
Same process as CYCLE 1, but these three activities are curated for a longer, immersive venture. Not only does each class embark on a path of its own, determined by what the participants unanimously choose, but the activities offered in each CYCLE are also constantly shifting from class to class, following the expansive quality of the experience.

When these three elements come together: Flow, Expansion, and Letting Go, 100% PRESENCE is achieved. Presence with intention, combined with the power of the group, can create a breakthrough or even a Quantum Leap.
The class is created as a compact and diverse experience within a specific 2-hour duration, allowing for maximum intensity and results.

It is advised to stay an additional 10 to 15 minutes after the class to ground before leaving.
